July 10, 2020 We are excited to share that Carnegie Prep has been awarded “Best of the Gold Coast” for College Prep Courses. This is Carnegie Prep’s 12th year winning this award. Carnegie Prep also won Best of Greenwich once again. Lynn Carnegie, founder and CEO, is featured in Moffly Media publications, GREENWICH, NEW CANAAN • DARIEN, STAMFORD, WESTPORT and FAIRFIELD LIVING Magazines, for her expertise in online learning and working with students to come up with their testing plan.
The feature highlights Carnegie Prep’s mission to provide high-caliber teaching and tutoring, both in-person and online. Westchester and Fairfield Counties were particularly impressed by CP’s seamless transition to an entirely online customer experience, with expedited transference of all test prep courses, tutoring, and practice tests.
Further, Lynn Carnegie highlights why the summer is an ideal time for students to both build the foundational skills necessary for test prep and make the SAT vs. ACT decision—from there, she works with students and parents to come up with a personalized plan. She explains that for rising seniors, the summer is also the perfect opportunity to prepare college essays and applications, as well as spend their time figuring out what it is they love to do. Carnegie Prep encourages students to think about “the whole picture” and urges them to give themselves the time and space to do so.
