Description

Laurie Hoffman grew up in Cos Cob, CT, where she started her test prep consulting with Carnegie Prep while at Greenwich High School. She then attended Rollins College in Florida, receiving a BS in Psychology. Laurie tutored middle school students in their math courses as well as preparing them for the SSATs and ISEEs while attending an accelerated Bachelor’s in Nursing Program out of Fairfield University.

Laurie has a passion for children, family, animals, and helping others. When she is not at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital working in the Neonatal ICU or consulting with Carnegie Prep clients and tutors, Laurie is busy raising her children, playing tennis and spending time with her family. Laurie lives in Stamford with her husband, three children, two dogs and occasional foster pups.
